Maglev air compressor is a high-tech industrial product that integrates mature technologies such as Maglev, frequency conversion, high-speed permanent magnet motor, and high-efficiency impeller. Active maglev bearings can keep the compressor rotor in the optimal position, and frequency conversion technology achieves low current starting and intelligent adjustment of the compressor under all working conditions. The application of high-speed motors and high-efficiency impellers achieves high efficiency of the entire machine. Compared with traditional air compressors, this product has the following advantages:
1. Oil-free and environmentally friendly
The maglev air compressor adopts a high-speed motor direct drive structure and maglev bearing technology. The entire system does not have any other mechanical transmission structures, does not require lubricating oil, and is easy to be maintained. The compressed air reaches ISO8573-1 Class0 level, which can achieve 100% oil-free air output
2. Energy saving and high efficiency
The impeller of the air compressor is directly driven by a high-speed motor, without a gearbox. During operation, the rotor is completely suspended without friction, reducing mechanical losses. The transmission efficiency is close to 100%, which is about 20% more energy-saving than traditional air compressors.
3. No performance degradation
The maglev air compressor will not experience performance degradation throughout its entire life cycle, resulting in a longer equipment life time.
4. Low running noise
The operating noise of the maglev air compressor is less than 75dB (A), and the operating environment is comfortable.
5. Simple operation and intelligent control
One button start and stop, using a digital intelligent control t system to monitor devices in real time, controlling device operation through cloud services, and free-maintenance.
6. Easy installation
The maglev air compressor has a small volume, compact structure, and it is convenient to be installed
